Delivery & Setup: What to Expect

At Summit Structures, we deliver and set up your shed, ensuring it is properly placed and leveled. Free delivery is available within 35 miles of the closest Summit Structures location for new builds, and for inventory sheds, the first 35 miles are free from the location of the inventory shed. Beyond this, additional mileage fees may apply.

To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, we require overhead clearance equal to the height of the shed plus four feet. Our delivery personnel will assess whether there is adequate access and a level surface to properly set up the structure. Purchasers are responsible for providing clear and accessible entry to the delivery site. Any damage to yards, driveways, or property that may occur during delivery is the purchaser’s responsibility. Summit Structures is not liable for delivery delays, improper maintenance, or any loss or damage beyond our reasonable control.
