At Summit Structures, our main focus is on providing exceptional shed solutions. However, please note that we do not offer services for site preparation or concrete work for sheds or carports.
At Summit Structures, we are committed to providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process of acquiring and installing your shed or carport. While we are unable to offer direct guidance or recommendations for site preparation or concrete work, we are more than happy to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding our products or the installation process itself.
At Summit Structures, we take pride in offering Free Delivery within a 30-mile radius of our Sales Centers. Our Standard Free Delivery needs:
Ability to access location with fully assembled unit: We recommend an additional 4’ of width clearance and 4’ of height clearance for the smoothest delivery process.
Setting on Level Ground: You have three options for blocking and leveling:
Free Pressure Treated Wood Blocks: We will level the unit using pressure treated wood blocks, provided free of charge to the customer.
Customer Provided Concrete Blocks: You can provide concrete blocks up to 12 inches high from the ground, and we will level the unit with them for Free. Each additional layer of blocks above 12 inches incurs a fee of $100 per layer.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please prepare the desired location for your new Summit Structures product by clearing it of debris and any obstructions. Mowing the location is also recommended to prevent the unit from setting on tall grass. Since our sheds and outdoor living structures are delivered fully assembled, clear access to the site is essential for a hassle-free delivery experience.
Additional items to consider:
- Raised Platforms or Piers: We do not deliver buildings on platforms or piers raised above the ground. A clear and level area is all we require for delivery.
- Ground Conditions: We are not responsible for determining ground conditions. If the ground is soft or wet, delivery may not be advised. We reserve the right to reschedule a delivery if the ground conditions are not adequate for a safe and non-destructive delivery.
- Underground Utilities: Please identify and locate any underground water or sewer lines to avoid potential damage. The customer bears all responsibility for any damage caused to the yard, driveway, or other property.
- Permits and HOA Requirements: It is your responsibility to know and obtain any necessary permits and meet any requirements set by your Homeowners’ Association (HOA). Your cooperation with these steps will ensure a smooth and pleasant delivery experience.
Our professional drivers handle numerous deliveries every day, and we appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure a successful delivery of your Summit Structures product.
Here at Summit Structures, we build a lot of built to order sheds, providing you with the customization needed to fit your needs. Our standard lead times are usually 3-5 weeks.
However, we do have display sheds available to be purchased with a 7-10 business day lead time. There are also a few select sheds sitting at the factories that we can deliver within 3-5 business days.
Need an option to conserve your cash? Summit Structures offers multiple payment options. We have a “No Credit Check” Rent To Own program and several traditional bank financing options. These payments would vary depending on the term length, interest rates, and price of the building you are purchasing. Our financing rates start as low as 7.99%.
Access is a thing of the past with our onsite build option. We can build the shed in your backyard. This keeps you from having to take down a fence or trying to find someone you can trust to take it down for you.
The lead time for an onsite build option is traditionally 3-5 weeks, depending on the weather. The only thing we ask for on an onsite build is that we have 3’ of perimeter clearance to be able to install the shed and paint it in your backyard.
Each city’s and HOA’s restrictions vary. Our best advice is to reach out to your HOA or local city and check on their restrictions and requirements. Our team of shed experts can help you narrow down any drawings, 3D renderings, or other documents needed to get these approvals. Thus making your permitting or HOA approval process easier and quicker. Working with the experts pays dividends in getting these items together with the information they need.
