Electrical Package.

Customers often need electricity in their sheds. Summit Structures offers an option to purchase sheds with electrical components. For standard electrical capacity needs, our customers do not need to hire an expensive outside electrician after adding the electrical package.

Our Electrical Packages:

3-2-1 Electrical Package for Units Up To 200 Sq. Ft. – 20a 120v Circuit – 3 Receptacles 1 On Each Wall – 2 Lights On Separate Switches – 20a Rated Disconnect Switch with hardwire connection on exterior

Garage Package.

Summit Structures prefab garages are a great way to get vehicle, workshop, or gear storage space that you need with just a few hours of on-site setup time. 

Our Garage Package Includes:

• A beautiful, house-quality garage door (not the lower-quality roll-up doors offered by other companies!)
• (1) Half-glass man door
• (1) 3×4 vinyl window
• Garage door opener ready, or we can install the opener for you
• Floor joists 12” on center for added support and strength
• 2×6 floor joists
• 3/4” LP Legacy tongue and groove sub-floor, engineered for strength and durability with moisture-resistant technology
• Taller side walls: 89” studs for utility garages, and 78” studs for lofted barns

Plenty of options available, including door colors and glass inserts!
